Emergency Personnel are a leading UK Healthcare recruitment agency. The company asked Adams Group to take them through a complete branding exercise. This included creating a compelling strapline, which explains that the company provides around-the-clock customer service, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

The agency developed the strapline ’Placing People First’ as this is core to all Emergency Personnel’s services. The new strapline was then incorporated into a graphic design symbol updating and modernising the brand to incorporate graphically a feeling of the care provided by the company.

The staff and management teams were engaged early on in the process through a series of workshops and distillation of what was required. This led to a new, refreshed, dynamic brand which clearly explained the company’s focus for all stakeholders to embrace.

Once the brand was approved, the agency worked on developing a new website to include all the services provided by Emergency Personnel. The brand was launched to the internal team at an event held at the client’s offices in Canary Wharf. It was a great success and a video/photographic shoot was produced ready to support the external launch. At this stage, all stakeholders were made aware of the brand and website through a series of promotional videos including internal members of the team.

The videos were then pushed out on all the main social media channels and emails were sent to a large database of stakeholders, achieving a massive 29% open rate. Thousands of interested parties had looked at the website within hours of the external launch going live. The click through rate was the highest number achieved by a single email send.

Branding work is in the agency’s DNA and now represents a key part of the work undertaken by clients, whether to support future growth or in relation to Business Transformation Services provided by Adams.
